Will it match our plans exactly?
Yes. Every window, door and roof line stays as drawn. We measure roof lines, openings and proportions against your drawing, within 1%, and a person approves each photograph before you see it.
Is it a photograph?
It is a photoreal rendering: a picture that reads as a photograph of the finished home. Your team labels it as a rendering, the way you do today.
Who sees our plans?
Only the people making your photographs. Your drawings stay yours. If you need an NDA signed first, send it with your message.
Can we change things after?
Yes: the sky, the time of day, plants, materials and trim colors. Name the spot, and only that changes. The shape stays as drawn.
Who owns the photographs?
You keep ownership of the drawings and plans you send us. How you may use the photographs we deliver is set out in your service agreement, before any work begins.
